Article 2 – Applicability

1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Bipsje and to every distance contract concluded between Bipsje and the consumer.

2. Prior to the conclusion of the agreement, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.

Article 3 – The offer

1. The products that Bipsje supplies are plastic-free, biodegradable baby wipes with minimal additives.

2. The offer is without obligation. Bipsje is entitled to change the offer.

3. Errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Bipsje.

Article 4 – The agreement

1. The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer takes out a subscription via the website.

2. After registration, the consumer will receive an email confirmation with information about the subscription.

Article 5 – The subscription

1. The subscription concerns a monthly delivery of baby wipes between the 17th and 23rd of each month.

2. The consumer can cancel or pause the subscription at any time free of charge with a notice period of 5 working days before the next delivery.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

1. When using the service for the first time, the consumer has the right to cancel within 14 days after receipt of the first delivery, without giving any reason.

2. In case of revocation, unopened packages must be returned. Costs for return shipment are for the account of the consumer.

3. In case of cancellation, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Article 7 – Delivery

1. Deliveries will be made to the address specified by the consumer in the Netherlands.

2. Bipsje aims to deliver between the 17th and 23rd of the month, but no rights can be derived from this.

3. If delivery does not take place, the consumer must contact us within 7 days.

Article 8 – Payment

1. Payment is made monthly in advance by direct debit or iDEAL.

2. In case of late payment, Bipsje reserves the right to stop delivery until payment has been made.

Article 9 – Complaints procedure

1. Complaints about the product or service can be reported within 7 days of discovery via info@bipsje.nl.

2. Bipsje will respond to the complaint within 3 working days.

3. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer can turn to the European ODR platform.

Article 10 – Liability

1. Bipsje is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

2. Bipsje's liability is limited to the amount of the last monthly payment.

Article 11 – Intellectual property

1. All rights to the name, logo and content of Bipsje (such as texts, packaging and designs) belong to Bipsje.

2. It is not permitted to use or reproduce these without written permission.

Article 12 – Amendments

1. Bipsje reserves the right to change these conditions.

2. Changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email or the website.
